Enjoy the tranquility of 17 gorgeous acres of rural land (live oak woods & pastures), surrounded by hundreds of acres of pastures, woods & quiet sandy roads -- truly an equestrian's paradise. It is very quiet & low-key here. I live & work on the premises, so check on the horses frequently & can hold for the vet or farrier.... (read more) For safety we have 4 board or horse mesh fence with electric top wire. There are many paddocks/feed pens to keep feed time peaceful.
There are two stable yards with mounting blocks & outside saddle racks. There are two tack rooms (with shelves, saddle racks & bridle hangers), a shaded 50' wooden round pen & a 100' x 320' sand arena with jumps.
We have a new, concrete center aisle barn with 6 airy 12' x 12' stalls with rubber stall mat on a sand/clay base), 16' x 16' a/c tack room (2 saddle racks, bridle hangers & shelf space for each border) & in the enclosed stable yard: 2 concrete wash racks, many pairs of cross ties & a mounting block.
In the future, we will have finished the 12' x 24' air-conditioned "club house", with a fully equipped kitchen. We now have a new restroom & will later have a separate shower/changing room so that you can clean up & go to work or classes without having to go home first. There will be a table & a bar to sit at, so your non-riding friends/partners could hang out, study, read, etc in the a/c while you ride.
The monthly fee for stall board is $450/ month. That includes feed twice daily, feeding owner-provided suppliments, hay, mucking the stalls, customised turnout, fly spraying, fly mask on/off, blanketing & holding for farrier or vet.
