Jager is a well broke black and white paint gelding that anyone can ride. He rides on a loose rein with a one hand neck rein or direct rein, has a good backup, and stop. Jager has a very smooth walk, trot, and canter. Jager has been a family horse ridden on a farm, ridden on the trails, in the pasture, and down dirt roads. He rides the same whether rode once a day or once a month.

Jager will let you open and close gates off of him, he has no problem walking across water/mud, down streams, through thick brush, he'll go up/down/across deep ditches and ravines or anywhere you point him, over fallen trees, through the woods with no spook.... (read more) He is used to heavy equipment (i.e. dump trucks, semis, airbrakes, horns, lawnmowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, backhoes, etc.) we have a construction company next door and he is used to all their sights and sounds. He is a "Been there, done that" type of horse. Jager stands well for being saddled and bridled, bathed and groomed, while being sprayed for flies, picking his feet, standing tied, being mounted (from the ground or a mounting block), and for the vet/farrier. He loads and hauls very well.

Jager will be a great prospect for; trail riding, ranch sorting, team penning, play days, barrels, poles, goat tying, lead line, walk-trot, drill team, parades, trail horse competition, grand entry, 4-H, FFA, a lesson horse or just a great family horse. He is kid and dog friendly, with good ground manners, and is easy to catch, and handle. He gets along with all of our other horses, mares, and gelding alike.

Jager is a very pretty black and white gelding, that is the perfect size for easier mounting and dismounting. He has a beautiful head, a handsome face, kind eye, a strong thick neck and shoulder, a straight back, and good withers with a wide chest and hip. He is very sweet and has a great temperament and disposition. If you are looking for your first horse, a horse for a child, or an older person needing a horse they can trust, Jager is your guy!!
