While she might be the last of our homebred foals we're planning to market this season, we may have saved the best for last!
Missy is an incredibly sweet and personable filly! She has excelled in her lessons during kiddie classes and is broke to lead, tie (both straight and crosstie), knows basic body control cues (backing, yielding hips/shoulders) and many other essential skills for her (and her owners) future health and happiness. We have begun teaching her the basics of lunging and also are introducing new sights and skills each day during our walks around the farm.... (read more) The more we show her, the more she thrives! This filly loves having one on one time to interact with her people and is very attuned to her handlers attitude and energy.
Missy has a very pretty, animated trot and a good canter -she would be a fun partner for both riding and driving events and would also be very competitive in halter classes.
We expect Missy to mature in the 17hh range, she is UTD on all cares. Video of her is available. As with any of our prospects, we would consider offers for her; the best home is a must!

Tradewinds Farm

Breeding quality Percheron horses, with excellent minds and work ethics, suitable for family pets or showing at the National and World level. Occasionally have good Crossbreds and prospects available for sale. Home of Tradewinds Benchmark and Glenview Connie's Birdman; limited services available to outside mares. A few prospects are always available. New in 2023, on a limited basis, we have begun offering consignment services to clients; taking some of the stress and pressure off them sifting through potential new homes for their equine partners....
