Freyja is a gorgeous 14. h, 13yr old Haflinger mare looking for her forever home, due to no fault of her own. Prior owner DNA tested her and found out that she is a registered Haflinger with a great pedigree. I just haven’t had the time to track down her papers. She is a fast learner but she still very green to bending and leg aids and her canter needs work to become more balanced. She is great to work around, groom, stands for the farrier and vet.... (read more) She is built solid and can carry weight.
She has a lovely long gait, I assume she takes after all her father (Alomar RVM) who is a well-known Haflinger dressage horse. I was told she drives, but I have no harness or cart. She also produced a colt 2 years ago and was a wonderful mom.

She is best suited for an advanced rider who could bring her along on her training.

Personally, I think she would make a gorgeous dressage mare with time. Sadly, I just do not have the time right now.

Family farm with over 30 years experience. 10X12 stalls with rubber mats, stalls cleaned out daily, wash rack with hot and cold water, daily turnout weather permitting, automatic waters in pastures, run-in shed in pastures, gated entrance, outdoor sand riding ring, automatic fly system in barn, fans in the summer, heated water buckets in the winter, individual care for each horse.
