Amigo is a 12yo 15.3h QH gelding. This guy is the easiest horse to have around at any barn. He is calm and quiet all the time. Anyone can catch, lead, tie and groom him. He stands all day like a perfect gentleman. He cross ties and straight ties. He also ground ties amazing, he won't move a single foot the entire time you are doing anything with him on the ground. Under saddle he has three comfortable and easy gaits. He canters from a walk, has a good whoa and an easy neck rein too.... (read more) He has done a bit of everything in his life. From ranch work to hunter paces and so much more. He has done basic dressage work which in turn has made him very soft and easy to get to round up to the bridle, move off your leg and more. He is also soft enough where you can control his shoulder, ribcage and hip which is honestly so nice. He has been to many local and 4-H shows being shown by every level rider in just about every class they could take him in. He is the same at the shows as he is at home. No prep, just unload and go. He has seen he cows, checked the fences, hunter paced, hilltopped, schooled cross country, jumped all the scary jumps both in and out of the ring, schooled basic dressage, taught the lessons and more. He is so versatile and willing that it makes him the perfect partner for just about anyone. He trail rides the very best too, alone or with others. He will lead or follow, he is traffic safe and dog safe too. We have had him all through the mountains and he is sure footed and happy to go any speed you want to go. He is also the one to take into town, go to the local ice cream shop and get an ice cream, ride through the bank and post office, then make your way home. He is good with water and bridges too. He currently wears four shoes since we have been doing so much road and trail riding with him, however, he has nice feet that could be taken down to two shoes or barefoot eventually. He has clean legs with no bumps or scars, no vices or maintenance either. Honestly you won't find one that is this close to perfect. Don't miss your chance to own this fun and reliable guy.
