Tito’s is a grade 15.1h fleabitten grey quarter horse gelding. He is currently in a western lesson program, and was previously in an English lesson program as well as used for trail riding. He’s a fancy mover, would be great to haul to ranch riding shows, is good with gymkhana patterns as well. He collects very nicely. Very sweet and in your pocket. Super easy keeper (currently on pasture only), gets along with all horses (might even bug them because he’s so sweet to them and humans Lol).... (read more) He’s easy to ride and very good at lunging, listens to vocal cues very well. Rides great with leg and hand. Has had lots of different riders, from young to old and short to tall. He would be an asset to your lesson program as much as has been for ours. Good to tie, bathe, tack up, bridle, haul/trailer, etc. He does require front shoes and pads. He is UTD on absolutely everything (teeth, sheath cleaning, vaccines, wormer, etc). Dentist estimates about 16/17 years old. He does wear ear puffs sometimes due to him not liking the sound of motorcycles. PPE welcome at buyers expense. He will not go just anywhere, a good home is an absolute must. We don’t mind continuing to use him until he finds the perfect home, whether it’s another program or his own family/kid. He is only up for discussion because our rescue is packed and we need to let some personal horses go. This decision did not come lightly. Price is negotiable to the right home. Also have X-rays available. Happy to talk more about him, contact me at our phone number. Located in El Centro 92243.

Dana Mendoza, HHERR's founder, has always had a go for situations like this, rescuing and bettering the lives of horses. She believed that being in a position to help the influx of cases due to the changing economy would be the best option. So with this in mind, she came up with the initial idea to make HHERR a reality to handle these cases and also provide relief to both humans and horse in these situations. Since then, with the help from the community, the rescue continues to grow and help more people and horses.
