Hankins Roan N Gold (Eli) is a 2016 King bred cow / ranch horse bred gelding. He was professionally started as a 4 year old. He has done some cow work, a couple ranch shows, some trail riding been on a trip to mammoth cave and did very well. He absolutely loves to do obstacles. He has had a ton of ground work and know the CA fundamental level as well as some liberty work. He has had ropes thrown off him but has not roped. Eli is good for the farrier and vet he stands tied well and he’s never pulled back.... (read more) Ground ties also. Does fine with baths fly spray blankets and tacking. He is not a huge fan of brushing as he is sensitive thin skinned but stands good nonetheless but would rather be hosed when muddy opposed to currying for example. Lowers his head on command for bridling and haltering. Loads and unloads on / off the trailer great. Excellent in his stall very quiet and clean. Can be outside and does well also. Needs at least a intermediate to advanced rider for now as he has not been ridden much the last year due to my health issues. Needs put back into work and some finishing. Eli is a sound sane sweet guy looking for his perfect riding partner. UTD on vaccines farrier and has a current coggins. $5500
