Meet Fledge, he is a five-year-old 15+ hand red roan quarter horse being sold as a grade. He is great with kids. My kids, 4, 5, 8, 10, and 12 year olds ride him all the time. Stays calm with the little ones but will kick in high gear for an experienced rider though. Carries adults fine too. Crosses creeks and logs very well. Loves water and will go as deep as you want. Great on trails. Side passes for a good rider. Jumps nicely when asked. Good feet.... (read more) Shod on the front. Learning neck reign but not quite there. Steers with feet. Good with traffic, dogs, goats, chickens, whatever. Started working a lasso on and around him yesterday and he was cool as a cucumber by the end of the 20 minute session. Shot guns by him but it’s been a few months. He has the potential to do many things.
