When a smart horse is happy to learn, it’s the start of a great relationship. That’s Poppy!

Just turning five, this versatile young mare has learned a lot: Trail ridden through the Rockies, kids’ barrel racing winner, developed both English and Western skills and now, learning to drive. She can do it all, and with enthusiasm.
Poppy is a Haflinger/Welsh cross, born August, 2018. She is now 13.2hh and solid. Although she has been ridden by children with some riding skills, in her next home I am looking for a small adult who can provide her with long-term stability.... (read more)
Recently completed one month of training with traditional dressage coach, w/t/c, consistent on leads, moves off leg, neck reins. Working Equitation capable. Poppy is curious, intelligent and brave and will make an ideal riding/driving pony for someone interested in developing all of her skills. I have owned many horses throughout my life, and this one is exceptional.
UTD on vaccinations, worming, teeth. Sound and still growing. PPE welcome at your expense.
