Destiny is a 6 year old Friesian Percheron Cross. She does low level dressage and enjoys trail rides. Super personable and loves attention! She's young, so still unconfident with certain situations, but also very curious and willing. Intermediate to advanced riders over 16 years old only.

She's a beautiful mover and has had natural horsmanship training from the start and knows some basic liberty. I took her to her first dressage show over a year ago and she placed first in both her intro classes.... (read more) Very light for a draft. She is working on developing a more balanced canter in the arena. On trails she does great as long as she has a confident buddy. I started simple ground work with her when she was 8 months old and have continued to be her main person until now.

I am leaving to do a year of service in Haifa, Israel in November and am looking for someone to spend time with my baby for the year. I am currently boarding her at Hickory Nut Gap Farm in Faireview, NC. They have gorgeous trails, 24/7 turn out, and a nice arena. This is an onsite lease ONLY.
