Nina is a very quiet and easy going big mare. My entire family, all the 4-H kids and even grandpa can ride her. She turned 16 this year and does have navicular which is managed with daily dose of equioxx and a good farrier! She's rides completely sound as of today, walk, trot, lope, arena, trails or parades. She's a great one to learn on or build confidence with. She does require some TLC to keep going good, and will be to an approved home only.... (read more) She's worth her weight in gold and just not needed as much around here anymore.
She's easy to catch, load in any trailer and back out, stands tied, bath, shoe, pony colts, ride double with the kids, take camping, to town, or wherever. She was mounted patrol horse for a while as well as in 4-H for last 3 years.
She isn't a fan of cattle or getting to work cows, that's her kryptonite...cows. They are fine as neighbors in the pasture, but don't go play. :)

Diamond J Horses

Horses are more of a family hobby these days. We love our equine partners and use Clinton Andersons Method in all our horses. Even my kids (ages 10 an up) use the method to learn as well as train themselves. Our goal is to provide family safe horses that anyone can ride and go anywhere on.
