Handsome, well mannered, 13 year old Appendix for half lease. “Pokey” rides English and can walk, trot, canter in the arena as well as low-jumps. He also loves the nearby trails! ideally looking for someone of advanced-beginner or intermediate level with done dressage experience who could ride him 3 or more times per week. He has another lessor who rides M/W/Sat - ideally looking for a lessor who could either do Tu/Th/Fri/Sun but I can be flexible too (he’s still young and can definitely be ridden more than once per day!... (read more) ) Our ranch owner/trainer is available to teach riding lessons on either Tuesday or Saturday between 9AM-6:30PM as well if that’s of interest. She knows Pokey really well and has helped him overcome a lot of his bad habits abs anxiety! :)
