Splash is an adorable guy looking for a human to call his own. Splash has the sweetest personality, wants to be your best friend, will nicker when he sees his person. He’s got great ground manners, easy to handle, groom, load, ship, bathe, clip, etc. He’s done very well for us in the local hunter ring and small derbies, brave as they come to the jumps with a good lead change. Splash can be quirky and has a bit of a pop to his jump and isn’t for a beginner who is unbalanced or a timid rider.... (read more) Thrives in a solid program including regular work and turnout. He’d be a super horse for an experienced rider wanting to dabble in the local shows or just to have fun with. Spur and stick ride on the flat but carries pace when jumping. Had a bone chip removed from left front but was never lame and very reasonably priced due to that X-ray being less than perfect. Year end champ in the pregreen hunters 2 years ago and lots of success in the derbies on our competitive local circuit. Very motivated as I need to thin out my herd before winter! Splash is a cribber but 100% controlled with a collar.
