Own daughter of Triple Crown winner and two time HOTY Affirmed, in foal to Barkley, multiple stakes winning son of hot sire Munnings. Great temperaments on top and bottom of pedigree. Scanned in foal at 14 days and again at 35 days. The mare sold for $60,000 as a yearling then injured her left eye and never started. She’s had 6 foals, 5 of racing age, all started, two winners, one placed. Janeway is from Affirmed’s last crop, so this foal will be one of the last grandchildren.... (read more) She is 22, but she looks great and is doing well. I would like to care lease her to someone who wants the foal. I can take her back after weaning to make sure she has a safe landing. Located at El Dorado Farms. The mare is dark bay or brown and about 16-16.1h. The second dam is by Green Dancer. This foal could go any direction in sport, and should have the temperament to accept training well. The chestnut foal pictured is her 2022 Gemologist filly.
