Rio is only available because he has heaves and is from Louisiana. He spent last summer boarded with me for 4 months and had no issues so this summer his owner has decided to make Rio’s life more comfortable by selling him up here where he has no respiratory issues.
His owner has owned him for 7 years. He has mostly been used for trail riding and as a trail horse for his 12yr old granddaughter. Owner says he has never seen any bad behavior such as kicking, bolting, bucking, etc. Owner would be happy to talk to prospective buyers.

Rio is easy to handle and have around. Does all the things a horse should: easy to catch, loads, leads, stands tied, good with kids and dogs, bathes, no issues tacking or saddling, not spooky. Pre-purchase exam (PPE) welcome at buyers expense.
