Tuscan Rose is 16.1h and 6 years old.
Whether in the show ring, at home, or on the trails you’ll be sure to attract lots of attention for her sweet/loving personality to stunning looks. Rose is happy to go from lessons/rides at home to the show ring and then out to the trails all in one week. Her preference is to jump anything and everything you point her at, but is just as happy to take a few days off and to enjoy some R&R out on the trails.... (read more)
Rose has been off the track and in training for just under two years. She’s been to numerous local jumper shows and completed a mini trial late summer of 2022. She excelled at the cross country portion and has loved her other cross country schoolings. Someone with lots of guts to jump solid fences would LOVE to have Rose as their Event partner. She’s has 3 beautiful gaits that will get good dressage marks. With natural and tight form over fences makes her an easy and clean jumper.
Rose is coursing 2’9-3’ at home and ready to show at 2’9. Rose has only shown up to 2’6 with me but has scope and ability to easily do the 1.20m+ tracks. She has cleared a couple jumps at home set at 2’6 well above 4’. Nothing but ease and fun when it comes to riding and jumping this mare. Rose has natural lead changes when jumping and with a little work will have nice clean changes on the flat.
The only negative I can come up with about her is that she cribs very mildly when inside after her meals. She doesn’t crib while outside on turnout and isn’t destructive when in her stall about it.
I do have clean hock X-rays on file. And she is fully up to date on all vaccines, deworming, and shoeing. No known injuries and currently does not require any routine maintenance to keep her sound/comfortable.

I have worked with Thoroughbreds for many years. From helping with a small breeding program, to starting yearlings for the track, to rehabbing layups, to restarting recently retired horses. They are my pride and joy and have recently honed my focus on the buying, restarting, and selling of them.
