The perfect all around or trail partner. He is respectful of your space, easy to catch & well mannered. Always a gentleman to deal with in every area. Loads, bathes, ties, good for both farrier and vet. Exposed to machinery, wildlife and traffic. Stands quietly to be saddled, easy to bridle and stands still while mounting.... (read more) Rides both English or Western. He is not a total novice ride as he is a big and smart horse, however he has been ridden at home by a beginner schooled on the flat without any issues. He has many miles of riding alone on trails and with company. He loves to have a job but can also sit for weeks and be the same horse.
He has three lovely floaty paces and is forward thinking, off the leg but not sharp. He has had the same owner for the last 14yrs. This is a very sad sale due to life situation changes for my client so a loving home is essential! No past injuries and no maintenance needed. Current on all vaccines, de worming and teeth. PPE welcomed and transport can be arranged.
