Allow us to present a very special horse! Hawk is a horse that we all love in the barn and fight over gets to ride. We have trail ridden miles and miles with him. He is a 4 year old reg AQHA Blue Roan gelding. They don’t get any bluer or more gentle than this this guy. Hawk stands around 14.3hh and is the perfect size for the whole family. He will stand still while mounting from the ground, using the mounting block, from a trailer fender or a truck bed.... (read more) He has been ridden by both youth and senior riders on the ranch or down the trails, he will take care of anyone who is sitting in the saddle. Hawk will walk trot and lope both ways and will get his leads with ease. He has a very smooth trot and lope and is such a good mover! Hawk will ride on a loose rein all day long and is perfectly content to go slow or will collect up and ride around fancy! He necks reins with ease and will ride off of leg pressure. This gentleman has been trail ridden extensively and will cross over anything you point him at. Hawk is not spooky and is traffic safe! Dogs, tarps, atvs, trail obstacles, drones nothing bothers this guy. He will ride double, shoot a gun off his back, swing a rope and drag logs. Hawk stands well for farrier and loads and unloads from trailer with ease. Hawk sells 100% sound, vet-checked and with radiographs. He is as honest as they come and he will suit any types of rider.
