Additional Comments
Annie is a Registered AQHA bay Mare. She stands around 15.1h (can get an exact measurement). Annie has good cow horse bloodlines and has been used as a lesson and trail horse. Annie spent 60 days with a pleasure trainer this past Fall. Could have potential in the show ring but is much happier outside of the arena and on trails. She also prefers a hackamore to a bit.
Annie has had two babies prior to coming to us. One is a proven barrel/rodeo horse.... (read more) Annie has been said to have ulcers – She can sometimes be cinchy while tacking up and will let you know her opinion of it. She is currently only out with mares but gets along great with geldings also. She is lowest in the pecking order, super easy to catch, and gets along well with other horses. She has great ground manners and super neat in her stall. She really is a lover on the ground, but can get an attitude when it comes to working hard under saddle. Light riding home PREFERRED.
I feel she would best be suited for an intermediate rider or advanced beginner with a trainer. Annie has been around farm equipment, pigs, dogs, and cats nothing phases her. She is UTD on vaccinations, farrier (currently barefoot), teeth, and even gets massages and PEMF sessions. I really do love this mare and want her to have a good home.
