This grey gelding is amazing on the trail. Great in the mountains crossing water, bridges, going just about anywhere you point him to go. He's got a great mind and not a spook. Okay around dogs, been hauled in both a large stock trailers and small 2 horse straight load, been camping, worked in arena, ridden on the trails a bunch and loves attention! He's good for the farrier, fine with the water hose, used 2 years in 4-H. Ridden in parades and fine with traffic.... (read more) Good ground manners generally but can be pushy if you let him and he is easy to catch. Current on vaccinations, deworming, teeth done in May 2023 and new shoes on too. He is currently getting tuned up after riding with a beginner 11 year old girl (just needs reminded he does know things). Tune up is going great and Huck is getting better and stopping off your seat, responding to light hands, getting a nice big stop under him, and moving out nicely. Selling because he is low man on the totem pole and gets picked on terribly by the herd he's housed with, but he's top dog at other places now. He really loves to be riding outside and would be great to start on cattle or use on the ranch. He likes to have something to be doing rather than trotting or loping circles in the arena, but he can do it. More pics upon request.

Horses are more of a family hobby these days. We love our equine partners and use Clinton Andersons Method in all our horses. Even my kids (ages 10 an up) use the method to learn as well as train themselves. Our goal is to provide family safe horses that anyone can ride and go anywhere on.
