He is 15.1 hands tall and 14 years old. He has been on the same cow calf operation for the past 10 years. He has been used to gather stock, check cattle in the pastures, and pen cattle. He is handy, fun to ride, and has lots of stamina. He can go trail riding or work all day long and not wear out.... (read more) He walks out real nice, he is naturally gaited, and he will short lope when asked. He stops with ease, turns nicely, and will go through water and mud without batting an eye. He is solid on the trails, he likes water, and he can handle steep terrain. He will ride double and bareback. He will also pack saddle bags. I have ridden him with a 6 year old boy with me trail riding with no problems. He has no buck and no hump. He rides the same every trip out of the barn and he stays gentle even with lots of time off. He is traffic safe on the main roads, he has excellent ground manners, he will hop right in any size trailer, and he gets along with all other horses, mares and geldings. He will get you where you want to go in style with a super smooth easy to sit ride. This nice gelding has been there, done that, and doesn't require any type of warm up or lunging.
