This is a very gentle, quiet, and easy to get along with DARK BUCKSKIN QUARTER HORSE GELDING that has been ridden English and Western. This gelding has been used to pony horses at the racetrack, he has been trail ridden, been in the pastures checking cattle, and he's been on the main roads. He is traffic safe, not spooky, and he is honest. He loves attention and is puppy dog friendly. He stands 15.2 hands tall and he is 5 years old. He lopes nice circles, he knows his leads, and he will stop nicely.... (read more) He backs up, moves off of leg and seat cues, and he neck reins with ease. He is an obedient horse that wants to do right. He has no fuss, no silliness, and no argument to him. He is pleasant natured, he has excellent ground manners, and he does what is asked of him. He will cross water and all trail obstacles quietly, willingly, and without hesitation. He loads, bathes, hauls, stands tied, and stands for the farrier.
