Tex is an all-around family horse. At 13.3 he is an awesome size for both kids and adults. He is big boned stout and has good solid feet. Tex has that old fashion foundation quarter horse look to him. He has been ridden everywhere. He is a finished ranch horse that has checked fences and sorted cattle. He will go where you point him. Tex cruises thru the cowboy trail obstacles with out hesitation. He goes up and down the hills and right thru the water.... (read more) He has seen dogs, cattle, goats, atv’s tractors, traffic and about everything else you can think of. He loads, hauls and stands tied quietly for the farrier. Tex is laid back, borderline lazy. A good leisurely trail ride suits him fine. Tex has provided endless entertainment for a bunch of grandkids and all their neighborhood friends.
