WHISPERS PROMISE, AKA "Jupiter" is a 2009 model ADNAR / The Jockey Club registered and tattooed Thoroughbred gelding.

He stands 15.2 hands tall, build like a quarter horse, has a wonderful laid back disposition- great with ay rider. He neck reins pretty decently, responds to leg pressure, w/t/c as asked. He would be a great starter playday horse, trail horse, husband horse, or kids horse. I don't know if he's done any playday type events previously, but he has enough control and calmness that it should be a breeze.... (read more) His only quirk is that a few years ago he had stomach ulcers, which were treated as soon as they were discovered, but ever since then sometimes he gets crabby when you since him up. Otherwise he's not temperamental at all.

Previously with us he was used as a trail horse for my young stepdaughter, and lately has been turned out on the 200+ acre pasture and ridden occasionally for trail rides or when I need to go find a cow or horse that's wondered off from the herd up in the cedars. We have made the tough decision to move him to a new home because he deserves a lot more attention than he's getting her since she's busy with school and I have other horses that get more of my time and attention.
