Cat come home or “pogue” is a 16h 10 y/o grey gelding- Looking for a quick and easy sale as I am short on a stall at the moment!
Retired from the track 2 years ago and sat in a field before coming to me 2 months ago! Plenty of let down and ready to be developed into something fun!

He has spent his days with me putting weight on, and being restarted. He IS still gaining weight and needing more muscle and mass.

He is ammy friendly, an absolute puppy dog that is as brave as they come.... (read more) He will absolutely beg for treats, and give you the puppy dog eyes.

After 2-3 rides, he has shown he catches on quick, is eager to please. Has brakes, no buck, bolt or rear given so far.

Has been ridden in an indoor, and outdoor, and hacked out by himself in a field. Water isn’t a concern to him.

Stands in crossties, good for farrier, clipping, standing tied, ect. Respectful and has great ground manners.

While he is quiet, and eager to please, i would not recommend him to a dead beginner or as a first horse, he is being sold as a project and is green under saddle and finding out his body outside of a race condition, a junior with a trainer or an ammy adult with at least some knowledge looking to bring something along that is safe would do great with this guy!
