The one and only Casper Du Vallon is offered for the first time for sale in sixteen years. Registered 16.0 hand black and white Gypsy Drum stallion. Imported from France. He is triple registered, has DNA on file, is color tested etc. He will sell with all his paperwork and testing. Casper is a proven breeding stallion and has foals all over the country. He will live cover and he is trained to collect. He is older now but is still breeding sound and you would honestly never know his age without looking at his papers.... (read more) Casper is sired by the famous King Rocky. What sets Casper apart from some other Gypsy Drum stallions is both his sire and dam were Drum horses and he is homozygous so he will NEVER throw you a solid colored foal. His genes are strong and he stamps many of his foals with his unique eye liner and splash markings. We have been very picky to the mares we have bred Casper to and didn’t just breed him to whoever wanted to pay a stud fee. He hasn’t been advertised for stud to the public for a few years now so now is the time to get him out there again and collect some stud fees especially with the way the Gypsy market is right now. There’s not to many stallions out there that are the caliber of this horse. Casper is exceptionally well trained and has been shown. Anyone in the world can ride him. He is absolutely push button. Walks, trots, canters, moves off leg, knows his leads and frames up beautifully. He will slow lope circles and will lope right off from a standstill. Always had a snaffle in his mouth. Casper also attended equine affaire and was shown in the Fantasía Performance. Beautiful moving horse and carries himself with a lot of class. This stallion has phenomenal manners and has been handled mostly by women with no issues what so ever. He is respectful and kind. Here is an opportunity to own an exceptional proven breeding stallion that has been in one place since he was 2 years old, that in itself is hard to find especially nowadays. He is only offered for sale due to his owner getting older, retiring from horses and starting a new adventure. She wants to see him go someplace where he’ll be treated well and hopefully do some breeding. To get him back out there and some beautiful well bred Drum foals back on the market so his legacy and bloodline can continue to live on. If you don’t want to breed that is ok to because Casper does not act like a stallion and you can ride and enjoy him like he is a gelding. He was broke to drive but has not been driven in years. We have not ridden this horse for almost a year before and you can decide to ride him one day and he’ll ride right off like you rode him the day before.
