Rocky is an 11yr old Grade ,Bay Roan gelding that stands 15.3 hands. Rocky is built stout and square made with big bone and wears a #2-#3 shoe. This guy is very kind and gentle in every way and is family safe.

This guy will tolerate about anything out of the kids and dogs and keeps his cool when it counts. He is a veteran ranch horse in every way.... (read more) Has drug hundreds of calves to the branding fire and has ran down and roped countless head in the pasture and is a nice started head and heel horse in the arena as well. This horse is broke like one should be and will stay that way. He has no buddy or barn sour issues. Rides good alone or in a group. He lopes nice circles and will turn around correct both directions and has a big stop.

This horse has a lot of natural cow savvy and can work a flag and a gate. Has roped big Bulls and snubbed Colts. Rocky been used as a pick up horse at rodeos. You can lead a pack string in the back country on him. He high-lines and hobbles. This guy walks out fast and is the perfect gentleman all the time. He is an outstanding trail horse and will take care of his rider in any terrain. You can lead him up to the fence and climb up and he will side pass over and let you mount. He’s Good to shoe, trailer and has no bad habits.

This is a good looking dude that you can do about anything on. Has been to youth play days and Ranch Rodeos and Team Brandings. This is a very versatile horse that has been to hunting camp and will hobble, highline and hang around camp without leaving you a foot. He has packed game and supplies and is strong and steady. Good around gunfire. Crosses water and all other obstacles with ease and pulls hard from the horn. Really has great feet and is good to shoe. Has never been lame and has never offered to Buck.
