LH Feel The Heat aka “Flame” is a 15.1H, 2018 AQHA buckskin gelding. We have had this gelding as a personal horse the past year and every time we throw a leg over him, we fall more in LOVE. Due to expecting a baby in June, we have decided to let him go on to someone that has the time to enjoy him. Flame is one you can pull up fresh any day, any time and jump on and throughly ENJOY.... (read more) He’s one hand broke and moves off of leg beautifully. He was started very correct and could be taken in absolutely ANY direction. He would be the perfect all around horse for the whole family. Flame has been lightly started on the sled on the heel side. He holds a line great, will drag a log and works a rope well. He has also been around the barrels a handful of times and he would be extremely easy to finish out on the pattern. He has plenty of power and go when asked, and would excel as a performance horse. He is not a hot horse and will only add power and go when asked. If you’re not interested in making him a performance horse, Flame would make a very good ranch versatility prospect, or just a good solid, TRUSTWORTHY trail horse. His first trip to town was for the Fort Worth Stock Show Parade, and he didn’t bat an eye at a single thing. He is traffic safe, motorcycle safe, bicycle safe, carriage safe, and tourist safe. He is an incredibly good minded gelding and loves to please. Flame can be slightly flinchy/watchy on the ground with new people but he warms up quickly. Once in the saddle he’s not spooky or watchy at all! He truly is one of the best horses we have in the barn and we are sad to see him go, but realize we’re about to not have the time he deserves. Whoever ends up with this GORGEOUS boy is sure to fall in love. Flame has never offered to buck, kick, or rear and he really has one of the BEST personalities of any horse around. He would fit most any level of rider, but would be best suited for an advanced beginner and up!
