This is "Miss Wimpys Frontier" AKA Mrs. Candy! READ HER ENTIRE ADD PLEASE!!!! She is a very very gentle and one of the absolute sweetest mares you will ever find! Mrs. Candy stands about 14.2 and is 100% kid and family safe, on the ground and in the saddle! Mrs. Candy stands for the farrier and is 100% automatic picking her feet up, loads herself in any trailer and would tie herself and close the slant if she could! As soon as you unclip her in the trailer she auto starts backing out, she has trailered possibly more than most people have even pulled a trailer!... (read more) Lol she has extensive reigning training and has been used in jackpot cuttings, team sorting's, roping, you name it! She has been on miles and miles of trails, in parades, down the highway, and I believe we could be shooting off her in no time if I dedicated the time to work with her a little bit. There isn't a hole or bad habit you will find in Mrs. Candy! She's a beautiful and sweet sweet lady! ANYONE can ride her! And I MEAN ANYONE! Also, you can catch her anyone! She loves attention and loves to be caught up and bathed or loved on! She would make an amazing lesson horse, a beginner horse etc.
Now here is the situation with Mrs. Candy she has primarily just been out to pasture as we intended on things being different these days and having more time and money to spend on her maintenance and here is why she isn't listed for sale for $15,000-$25,000. She has a periodic limp on her front right hoof, I believe she needs consistently maintained and trimmed and may be a little arthritic from all the cutting, reigning and ranch work as she doesn't always limp it's when we have ridden her extensively. I have sent videos and pictures to my vet and he agrees that she more than likely just needs to be on a consistent trimming schedule, out of a 100 acre pasture, brought closer to better ground or a barn (which she hasn't had) and some good supplements wouldn't hurt, she could also just need a chiropractor or something super simple? Vet checks are more than welcome at the buyer’s expense, and I can take her to my personal vet or the vet of your choice to have her examined. If someone wanted a VERY nice horse to ride lightly from time to time, I believe she would be just fine. However, the reason Mrs. Candy is just out to pasture is because I can't afford to have an extensive exam done, I don't have a barn or nice place to keep her close to me right now and she isn't in pain if she isn't being ridden heavy and when she has been we have treated her accordingly. If someone wanted or needed a horse for their small children to learn on and then use to have a nice baby Candy would be ideal. She is so sweet and kind what I do NOT want is her just used for a short time and then passed on. She deserves a loving family who will appreciate her wonderful qualities where she can die with people she loves. I am a little negotiable on her price but not much because again she is pain free when she's just free and not being worked hard and I am okay with her sitting in the pasture for a couple more years or until I can get a better place for her and our personal babies and or can afford to have her diagnosed properly and having a nice baby for our family out of her and then letting her live her life out giving a lesson or two per week and letting her die with our family as she is a pleasure and no problem at all to have around. Little kids could literally do back flips around her and under or on top of her and she wouldn't even raise her head with concern or move a muscle to hurt them. However, if I could find an amazing family for her now who could get her help quicker and provide more for her who she could bless and who could help and bless her then it would make me happier to see that for her and a deserving family. I can't express enough what an angel she is! She can sit 2 years LITERALLY and will ride off out of the pasture ponying 2 other young brats in just a halter and lead rope, there are videos attached below to prove it! Mrs. Candy is a dream to be around, and you won't find a bad flaw in her behavior! You could ride her in a rope around her neck down the highway and she will listen to everything you ask of her, open and close gates, side passes, sliding stop etc. I don't have the greatest videos of her showing anything fancy but the could I do show how incredibly gentle and calm she is. For a VERY serious buyer I could get more videos showing her handle but will not ride her heavy or working her hard as I don't want her sore and in any unnecessary pain. Thank you for reading Mrs. Candy's Biography and we look forward to hearing from you. Thanks again, God Bless and stay safe! :D

I specialize in training and selling family safe, dog like, loving horses! I was born riding horses and started training personal horses at about 8 years old and then other people’s horses when I was 12 years old.
I only charged $400 per month and that included their feed! Oh, how times have changed!... (read more) I have had countless injuries and hospital visits caused from the many different horses I was so incredibly addicted to training growing up! Many of the horses we had, were marketed or portrayed to be “Kid Safe" "Bombproof" “Grandma Safe” If we ever meet, you’ll see at least a few of the scars I ended up with from those “Safe” horses because the scars are on my face…….
I have many more scars and have broken or fractured every limb at least once, broken ribs, dislocations, concussions, tailbone broken TWICE and many stories if anyone would ever like to hear them or see some of the scary and gross pictures, I’m always happy to share!
My poor parents had many hospital trips and an expensive ambulance ride or two, medical bills and according to my poor momma a whole lot more stress and worry than any mother deserves! There were also lots of times my momma was cleaning up my wounds at home too. And unfortunately for me, now being in my thirties, I am paying the price every single day throughout my body for all those injuries and sometimes depending on how long I ride for or what I’m doing on the horses I could be in bad shape physically for a few days and in a lot of pain if I’m not careful. It’s awful to live with and that’s one of the many reasons I do what I do and sell the horses I do! I try my best to help prevent bad stories like mine for other people and help them get good quality horses that suit them and their needs. After many years of learning about horses, as well as some unlearning of a few things, I now have the experience and ability to identify which horses are suitable for families and which ones are not and within an incredibly short amount of time! I am extremely picky about the horses that I personally buy to sell or that I consign to sell because it takes a special type of horse to be or to make into a good family or beginner safe horse! I am also ALWAYS here for questions that you may have even AFTER you have purchased your horse from me! I personally ride every horse extensively so that I can do my best to make sure I’m able to identify and or correct any issues one might have in order to place them with their suitable forever families!
My goal is ALWAYS to suit the right horse or horses with the right level of rider, to ensure the horses have good forever homes and my buyers are extremely happy and are as equipped as possible with everything they and their horse needs for their forever success and happiness with their new family! I sell multiple horses to families that I pair or fit together who ride well together, get along with each other etc. As well as supply all the tack you’ll need that fits you and your horse, so you are 100% ready to go ride once you get them home! If you do not purchase a horse from or through me and would like advice about one that you found, I am happy to help you and give you my honest and unbiased opinion and will travel to look at and ride the horse for you that you are interested in if you’re worried about buying something that won’t fit your needs. I want to see people enjoy good horses and if I can help prevent a bad situation by providing advice, I am happy to help! Just because someone has been riding all their life or has been selling horses doesn’t qualify them to sell “Family Safe Horses” it takes years to be able to identify things and can be extremely dangerous purchasing from someone who has just decided to sell their horse. It is especially important that you are experienced and know what to look for or that you purchase from someone experienced, reputable and honest because one bad horse could cost you more than you ever want to imagine. Be careful in your search and please do not hesitate to call or text me if there is anything I can help you with again, EVEN if that means that you don’t purchase a horse from me! I mean that genuinely! Most of my customers are now close friends, some of them insist on being bonus grandparents to my 2 small children and that makes me very proud. It means the world to me to see my customers enjoying the wonderful life of having a 4-legged best friend or 6 if that’s what your heart desires! Thank you all for checking out our page! You can call or text me anytime FYI I am a single momma with two children 4 and 5 and work here every day on the ranch so please be patient, I will get back with you! I do not check the messages on here so please don’t waste your time. I have more than likely answered any questions one might have in the very long and time-consuming descriptions that I write about each of the horses that I have for sale if you’ll just take the time to read it all and watch the videos before reaching out, so we don’t waste each other’s time.
I am happy to provide references, as I genuinely strive to be as honest as I possibly can about each horse that I sell to ensure the forever happiness of not only the buyer but for the horses as well. Thank you for understanding and I look forward to hearing from you and helping you make your dreams come true! Other things we offer at the now and coming soon! We offer:
Stall and pasture boarding,
Personal riding lessons,
Monthly horse rental,
A round pen to work with your horse,
