Sparrow ran 67 times in her racing career and is now seeking someone wanting a handy, compact sport horse! Sparrow last ran Aug 2022 and has had ample let down time following and is now very lightly restarted w/t/c, popped over x-rail, and hacking out of the arena in the open.... (read more) Sparrow is barefoot, no maintenance, no vices, and no injuries (check, check, and check!) She is happy to live out or be stalled. Basically, she's a great slate for someone wanting to develop her- I could see her excelling as a polo pony, competitive trail, barrels, or jump with someone shorter than myself (rider is 5'8") and would love to see her go to RRP this year! Owner regretfully sells due to life/schedule and in effort to find her one person to dedicate the time to bring out her full potential. While she is safe (no buck/rear/bolt) she is best suited for someone who has experience restarting OTTBs. Located in Stamping Ground, KY. PPEs at buyer's expense.
