"Dudes Best Penny" is a 2017 model AQHA mare! Solid, safe, and athletic. She is the kind anybody would be happy to have in their herd!... (read more) Penny has been a great asset in my program for the last year! Penny stands 14'3 hands high and is stoutly made. She has filled a lot of roles and one I could always count on. We have used her for lessons, she has helped rope and catch loose cattle, been taken to the ranch ridings, has heeled in the team roping, breakaway roped in the jackpots, has won money in the ranch sorting, and has been trail ridden extensively! Working cattle is her favorite thing to do, she is responsive and dependable to put you in the right spot to get the job done. She also pulls the roping sled around to help beginners learn to rope. Penny has a great handle! She has a smooth sliding stop, has a easy to pilot turn around, side passes, open and closes gates, nice light neck rein, gives in her face to the bridle, and has a easy to sit trot and lope. Penny is good to be around, respectful of your space and easy to catch and lead. She stands great for grooming saddling, bathing, and the farrier. Penny is represented as being 100% sound and free of all vices. PPE is welcomed at the buyer's expense.
