Blue Steele is a stout built 14.3hh, 8 year old, Grey Reg AQHA Gelding. Steele is a versatile horse that can do about anything that you ask! Steele has been used around cattle, pushed and sorted them, he has been trail ridden in several states and done some roping as well. Steele will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He is safe riding in traffic safe. He has a smooth jog, a nice lope, a good stop, turns a circle both ways, sidepasses and backs with ease!... (read more) He is a confident horse on the trails and will lead the crew, head out alone or follow behind with no issues! He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. We do bomproof training, all horses have had guns shot off of their backs, ridden over tarps, by atvs, in heavy traffic and will ride on rough trails, through deep water, and all horses are naturally gaited.
