meet velvet!!! she is a grade 14 year old walking horse mare. she stands 14.1 hands tall. she is a stout girl. loves attention and will stand around for it all day. velvet stands like a statue for the farrier and vet. she loads and unloads on the trailer great. she is beginner friendly. and would make a great kids horse. she has a very smooth gait. she is fine with walking all day long or picking up into her gait when ask. she neck reins and backs.... velvet will ride alone without any issues. or she will ride in a group, front, middle or back. she doesnt have any bad habits. she is a been there, done that and got the tshirt. she has been on many many trails and camping trips. she is a sure footed ride. she is broke around heavy traffic, dogs, atvs etc. she is not spooky or mareish. she crosses water, logs and ditches.
velvet will also park out for you to get on and off of her. she is a super sweet girl.
