Tons of videos available! She’s the sorrel in the picture. Twinkle is a 15 year old, 14.3 hand, sorrel mare. She has been a lesson horse on and off over the years. Safe for absolutely anybody!! Trail safe, traffic safe, rides double, puts up with silliness/craziness, does EVERYTHING on the ground perfectly, lowest on the pole in the pasture. Trots the barrel pattern (needs a little work). Prefers to walk but will trot and lope when pushed to.... (read more) Has some speed when it’s really asked of her. Rides with a back cinch. Doesn’t care if you kick her in flanks. Great for farrier. She is barefoot.
The ONLY reason we are parting with her is a good friend is having to sell her horses and my daughter likes her paint mare better because Twinkle can be stubborn and kinda deadheadish and it gets on my daughters nerves. So she wants the paint mare. ?♀️
UTD coggins, teeth, feet, and worming. Chatom, AL mid x,xxx
EDIT: She is grade but very nicely built…I will throw in a free breeding to my stallion if interested.
Folks, this is the horse you can let sit up for years then pull out and throw some rando newbie or kid on!! The worst thing she’s done is stand still when you want her to walk off, and she only does that sometimes when she’s the only horse riding.
Only negative things to say about this mare is she’s a little finicky about her ears (see first video).
