Looking for a solid trail mount? Abby is a grade 14.2hh appaloosa that would make a great trail mount for a small adult or older confident child/teen. She loads in a trailer, stands tied, clips, great for farrier and grooming. Great around tractors, 4 wheelers, dogs, goats, etc, pretty much nothing phases her. She is more whoa than go, so not going to be an events horse. She was used to gather cattle so you could try sorting with her. She’s sound, has good feet.... (read more) She is broke and doesn’t spook but she’s not a dead head so I wouldn’t recommend her for little kids or timid riders. She crosses water, bridges, etc. I have not ridden her out alone because I always ride with others, so I’m not sure how she is with that. Beautiful grade mare, estimated to be about 16 years old. She is the boss mare in the herd. An excellent, knowledgeable home is a MUST.
