Reba, is a 4 yo grade mare! Pictures do not do her justice. She is a gorgeous stout little made mare. Stands about 14.3 Nice flaxen mane and tail. SOUND. No known injuries/ no maintenance. Does have a set of shoes on her. Our place is very rocky. Good bone. Wants to be your friend. Has the kindest eye. Gentle as can be. Not a mean bone in her body. She has all the basics down.... (read more) She follows her head very well. She is super light in the face. Very level headed. Will not take to a strong handed rider, this mare will stop with pinky pressure. Really works off her hind end. Wants to ride around correct. SMOOTH. NO BUCK BOLT OR REAR. This is the perfect mare for someone to take and finish out for the first time (that has knowledge in the saddle) She is still getting the hang of picking up her leads and trying to slow down her lope in a small arena, the more rides I put on her the more asking $ will increase. I know talent when I ride it. She’s got it. I think she would excel in barrel/ heel/ breakaway. She has a lot more woah then go at the moment but the speed can come. She will go wherever you point her. Tacks up quiet, good with feet, good with bitting up (smooth o ring snaffle, needs nothing more). Hop on and go. It’s not easy to find a level headed youngster on the market right now without a huge price tag. I truly cannot pick her apart. She never leaves me with anything bad to say about her.
