Beautiful 15.3hh, 8 year old bay quarter horse mare, grade no papers. We purchased green/broke to ride as a 4 year old in 2018. She had 60 days professional training in 2019 and just finished a rigorous 90 day tune up with a champion reining cow horse trainer (Nov ’22-Feb ’23). She is ready to work and to go in the direction of your choice! This horse has been a pleasure to own, she has a fun personality, learns fast and is well sacked out.... (read more) Very personable and great around all kinds of other animals, can be kept in mixed herd or solo. Excellent ground manners, leads well, no vices, no buck, bite, or kick and has never reared up.
Loads, ties, bathes, stands for farrier etc. Last vet check, vaccinations and teeth floating was in July ‘22. Has current negative coggins, feet trimmed 2/3/23, wormed 2/23/23. She has been kept barefoot and has never had any health problems, injuries or physical limitations. Her coloring is dynamic and beautiful changing throughout the year, she’s a bright copper in the summer, darkens in winter and gets gorgeous dapples in the spring. She is an easy keeper and stays in good condition on grass/hay alone.
She is has a sound mind, knows all the basics but has some speed and needs leadership from her rider so is not recommended for beginners or children (although she does enjoy their company and I have led them around on her many times). She has been ridden western, bareback, in bits, bitless and in a rope halter. Has been worked with other horses/riders and cows running around with no issues. She direct reigns and has the movement and ability to be used for english riding as well. Just a great all around prospect for whatever you need, perfect for someone wanting a nice horse with a good foundation to finish out their way.
