Honey is a 2017 paint pony mare. She is around thirteen hands tall. Honey is not a beginners horse, as she has too much energy. She would be a great step-up horse for a handy kid. She is close to finished on barrels, and is started on poles. A forever home is a must, I will be very selective to where she ends up. Honey is the sweetest pony you will ever meet, while still being respectful of your space.... (read more) She is not one to take advantage of unexperienced riders like most ponies would. I have put a ton of time into this pony, and all that is important is that she goes to a great home.
Honey is very sweet, easy to catch, bath, clip, trailer, and is great for the farrier. She is barefoot, never been shod, never been lame. She is up to date on vaccinations and teeth. She is very brave, and will go anywhere you ask, not very spooky. She is great on trails, the same in and out of the arena. She is very broke, just high energy. She stops, backs, sidepasses, walks over bridges, tarps and teeter totters, opens and closes gates, ponies other horses, lunges, etc.. You will not find something she is not willing to try.
Honey is great in the alleyway, walks in flatfooted and calm. She runs the same pattern every time, pretty automatic. All you have to do is kiss and point. An eleven-year old girl won the 3D at a local barrel race at their fist barrel race together and minimal riding beforehand. She loves to run, and she runs free-style, though will definitely slow down if you ask.
