Shooter (JC Name= Worth a Shot) is a 2016 16.2 hand gray gelding. He last raced in April 2022. He is sound and has clean legs. Excellent hooves & is currently barefoot. No maintenance. He is comfortable in a stall or in turnout with other horses. He is calm and easy to handle. He has an in-your-pocket personality and loves attention & affection.

He has excellent groundwork training & ground manners. He was started back to work with classical groundwork and classical in hand training.... (read more) He has been hauled to other facilities for schooling, and is very calm and settles right in. He will walk, trot & canter under saddle easily on a loose rein. He will go over trot poles and starting on small jumps. He will hack in fields or on trails.

He is a beautiful and flashy boy with very long and beautiful gaits with an incredible walk. He has a great brain and is very amateur-friendly. He is very uncomplicated and has a ton of try! He is not spooky. He will be very easy for someone to finish out & bring along. I believe that he will excel in the hunter ring!
