This stunning Gypsy Vanner gelding was purchased by Bekah Tate directly from the breeder. He has had no injuries, no traumatic life experiences and has been a solid citizen in every way. Finnegan is a 2012 model, stands 14.0-14.1 hands taped and has substance for days so he can carry a good sized rider. He is one of the most uniquely beautiful boys you’re going to find. He has a large kind eyes with white eyelashes, Spanish features, a gorgeous long forelock and mane with just the right amount of feathers to be pretty but not high maintenance. His build is flattering as he is heavy made but still sporty enough to go all day out on the trail, show in multiple disciplines and work on the ranch. On the ground this guy is gentle to handle, will tie single or on cross ties, good to bathe in the wash rack, good to clip, polite for the vet and farrier to work with and enjoys attention.
He loads into any style trailer and has been uncomplicated to haul. Finnegan has always been in a mixed herd and is generally middle of the herd in hierarchy. He will trail blaze alone or go out in a group. He’s happy to take the lead or bring up the rear. Finnegan is good with others riding around him, along side him and he gets along with new horses at arenas and on the trail. He is not spooky and will move off of leg and responds to verbal commands as well. Finnegan has a laundry list of great attributes that would allow him in his new home to go in many directions. Whether you want a trail horse, show horse, western arena, using ranch horse or English type he is your guy.
