Roxy

20 year old grade QH mare. Approx 14.3hh. Neckreins, moves off leg, knows her leads, rides the way a horse her age should. She is currently being used for lessons, gymkhana patterns on our ranch, and trail rides. No maintenance/arthritis issues etc.

Trailers great, saddles up perfect, good for flyspray, hard ties, picks up feet for little kids.

In the pasture, Roxy is low mare on the totem pole. She prefers to be around easy geldings because our mares beat the heck out of her.... (read more)

Rider suitability -- someone who is capable of walk, trot, and lope comfortably and without fear. This is not a good match for a kid with no experience or someone just getting into horses.
