Additional Comments
“Wrigley” is an athletic, gentle and friendly colt that has been easy to start and should excel in any direction. He is a very smart, fast learner that catches onto new things quickly and retains them well. Proven NCHA and NRCHA performers on both sides of his papers. He will make a cutter, a cowhorse, or a versatility horse. You can walk right up to him on pasture and catch him where you find him if he hasn’t already found you first!... (read more) He has the sweetest, friendliest personality you could ask for and has excellent ground manners. He will stand tied quietly for grooming and saddling and waits patiently for you to get mounted and gives you plenty of time to get organized and ready to proceed with your ride. He moves out nice and easy and guides around willfully of off the feel of your hands and legs. He takes both leads and has a comfortable, easy to sit stride. We have rode him out alone and with other horses and he is the naturally confident, non-spooky type. Hobble and slicker broke and has been rode with a flag as well. Wrigley has the temperament and athleticism required to be successful in most western performance disciplines or would make an easy project for someone wanting to finish out a nice young horse. Very gentle, friendly and 100% sound in every way. Expected to mature to 14.3 hands. $12,500
