Halflinger gelding. DOB: 4/15/2005.
Approx. 15hh. Martin has been part of our family since 2012. He has been trail ridden extensively in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. He drives as well. Available because he is not getting used very much, and he is too wonderful to just grow old in the pasture. He has been my dads mount for the past few years on many trails. But, he's also the one I usually rode with the kids around our 300 acre farm to do chores, and when they were little they would ride double with me.... (read more) He doesn't bat an eye at pigs, cattle, dogs, chickens or turkeys and is willing to go out alone or with others.
He's very responsive, but has a big motor.
Crosses water, logs, ditches and handles rough terrain. Leads or follows. Loads and trailers with no problems.
He's a great bareback ride in the winter!
