This is Trigger, a very well broke and seasoned golden palomino gelding that is fun, easy, and uncomplicated to ride. He is a solid and experienced trail mount that has seen many different states trail riding. He has also been used in the pasture to check cattle. He is muscular with lots of shape and can handle a full days work.... (read more) He is 15.2 hands tall with very good bone and foot. He is sturdy, solid, and he doesn’t require shoes. He has an honest one hand neck rein, an easy stop, and he will move off of leg cues. He will lope nice circles in and out of the arena. You don’t have to be in a fenced in area for him to stay on a circle. He has been ridden by novice teenage riders and seasoned riders. He is just the right speed, not too fast and not too slow. He will walk out and he has stamina yet he will not go any faster than he is asked. He will one step lope into a super comfy canter. He will trail ride anywhere you point him. He will cross water, ice, mud snow, ditches, and bridges without hesitation. You can unload in unfamiliar territory and he will ride off as he has been there many times. He is traffic safe and you can ride along side of a busy road with him not paying attention to passing vehicles. This gelding also has excellent ground manners. He hops right on any size trailer and he will ride out alone bravely. This gelding is so nice to have around as the less experienced riders can ride him yet the accomplished horse person can appreciate his handle, stamina, and responsiveness.
