2005 16.1 hand Thoroughbred gelding. River is an absolute sweetheart and is a safe horse to learn on & enjoy. He is not spooky. He is very SAFE!!! He can seriously take a joke! You can be unbalanced with hands and legs flopping everywhere and he does not care!

He has jumped 2’6” - 2’9” courses and will hack out on trails in a group or alone. He would be a great mount for a Pony Clubber. He would be a great eventer or fox hunter.... (read more) He is easy to get going but not a kick ride. ?? He is the same if he’s ridden daily or has 2 months off. He has excellent ground manners, handles easily & ground ties.

He loads very easily, and is easy & uncomplicated at a new place. He wears all 4 shoes. No other maintenance. Up to date on vet and dental. He would be a great fit for an individual wanting to move up from a pony or learn the ropes for jumping or eventing. He prefers to live out 24/7.
