Calling all riders who like their mares spicy but equally talented!

Proudly (and sadly...because I really love her) presenting Atokad Rose. 2018 bay Jockey Club mare. Stands just a hair under 16.2hh. Correct conformation, phenomenal mover. Very warmblood type with heavy bone and wide in the body - we call her the linebacker in the barn. Retired sound in August.

Kitty is sensitive and a bit hot in type. She would be the most happy with a confident rider with a good seat and kind hands.... (read more) Not naughty in any way, actually she's so very sweet and tries very hard for her rider, but quick to the aid and sharp to respond. Kitty goes WTC, has started her laterals and a tiny bit of shoulder fore/in. Kitty is super trainable and has an incredible work ethic. She has hacked down the road by herself with no funny business. Kitty has the athletic ability and correct mind to go up the levels of dressage.

Kitty is great for the farrier and vet, respectful of fencing, good in a herd setting (with both geldings and mares), loads well, travels fine. UTD on shots/wormer. I forgot to mention the best part.... she's a DANG easy keeper!

Kitty has been in a professional dressage program since August, and will continue to be until she goes. PPEs welcome and encouraged! We want happy people :)
