Milo is an incredible 6 year old gelding and it hurts to see him go. We aren’t selling him for anything he did, I just feel like he deserves someone who can give him more time and love than I can.
Milo was started as a Western Pleasure horse, but was soon turned into a jumper. We bought him when he was 4, and for all two years we had him I have continued jumping him. He was at Raven Ranch and Bandelero for a while in their training programs until i moved him to my barn.... (read more) He has such a HUGE potential for being an incredible hunter jumper and can jump up to 4 feet.
He has a lovely trot, comfortable, smooth canter and he can pick up his leads. He can do lead changes-but I have not trained him to do them yet.
On top of all his English experience and background, he has a beautiful canter and he seems to enjoy Western almost as much as he does jumping. I know he would make an excellent Western Pleasure horse as well.
I’ve thrown ropes off of him, he’s good around cattle, he’s great out on the trail, will do both English and Western, stands for the vet and farrier, and just had a big puppy dog lovable personality.
