Attention all warmblood lovers!

Boone is a little champion in the making and is ready for his forever home!

Boone is a 4 month old Warmblood colt born on May 29, 2022.

Boone was a surprise baby from one of our rescue mares, and what a great surprise he was!! Boone's mama delivered him as a healthy, happy little boy!

We are certain that he is a warmblood, we just don't know which breed.... (read more) We sent his DNA and his dam's DNA to Texas A&M. His DNA came back as Hanoverian, Holsteiner, and/or Selle Francais.

His mom matched with Hanoverian, Holsteiner, and/or Trakener, so we know she's some type of warmblood, too. Since Boone's DNA came back as all warmblood types, it's almost certain his sire was a warmblood. His mom is 15 hands.

Boone is halter trained, and he's perfect for the farrier and vet already at 4 months old. He will pick up all four feet every time he's asked, and he loves people. You never have to catch Boone- he catches you! He also loves dogs for some reason. He's been around all kinds of things like tractors, cars, dirt bikes, kids etc., so he'll be pretty desensitized to a lot of things as he gets older.

We are only rehoming Boone to make room on our farm to continue rescuing other horses who have been unlucky in life.
