BLR Q Tee. 2009 AQHA Sorrel Barrel Racing Mare. Daughter of Sweet First Down (by First Down Dash) Earned close to $14k on the track and AQHA Racing ROM. She knows her job on the barrels. She can get hot in the alley, nothing crazy that an extra hand or horse to lead her through can’t handle. I’ve ran her in anywhere from the 1D to the 3D depending how correctly I ride her. Coming off the racetrack she was trained and entered by World Champion, Lance Graves.... (read more) He had multiple 1D wins on her. She is wicked quick and fun to ride but definitely more for an experienced rider, not for the timid or inexperienced. Very mild mannered on the ground. Hot and quirky but NO buck, bite, or kick. Can sit for months and does not get cold backed. She is blind in her right eye and has been for years. It does not effect her doing her job. Loads, clips, stands for farrier. This is a mare you would want to ride now and then breed later on. I’m only considering selling because some plans have changed, I’m pregnant and won’t be able to keep her legged up. I hate to see her sit. And eventually, I have several young horses I would like to spend my time on. Up to date on vaccine and dewormer. Seen the chiropractor on 2/11. Trimmed on 2/17.
