Cross, Draft, Dressage, Eventing, Flashy, Show Winner, Trail, Trail Riding, Tri Color
This is incredibly difficult for me as I don’t want to sell Sam but he has not been ridden in over a year as I have to many horses. He will not be sold to just anyone. He is a reactive horse that will need someone with confidence and tons of patience. I took him Eventing and he was schooling beginner novice. He loves to trail ride and would also make a fantastic Dressage horse. I envision him in a one owner home who can gain his trust and support his quirks.... (read more) Sam is very wary of strangers and men if he knows you though he is fine. I have owned him for 8 years. He had big solid feet that are in fantastic shape he gets trimmed every 6 weeks. Usually fine with the farrier but if they are rough or move to fast he will shut down. He is 15.1 and extremely stout. Good with the Vet again if not rough and move slow. He used to be a bolter but he hasn’t done it in years. He isn’t the quintessential quiet draft cross, he is Clydesdale, ASB and paint cross. Once this horse trusts you he is so so fun to ride! I have videos and tons of pictures. He hasn’t been ridden in over a year and I am currently down with broken ribs and pelvis so I cannot do anything to prep him for sale.
